Founder

Dr. Brian R. Hesser

Dr. Brian R. Hesser, Doctor of Chiropractic Advanced Practice, and Certified Family Nurse Practitioner founded Millennium Health Certified Family Nurse Practitioner founded Millennium Health. His vision of what he would offer to Las Cruces was to provide a facility offering the most comprehensive health care. Dr. Hesser believes in preventive care and corrective action without invasive surgical procedures.

Dr. Brian R. Hesser, Doctor of Chiropractic Advanced Practice, and Certified Family Nurse Practitioner founded Millennium Health Certified Family Nurse Practitioner founded Millennium Health. His vision of what he would offer to Las Cruces was to provide a facility offering the most comprehensive health care. Dr. Hesser believes in preventive care and corrective action without invasive surgical procedures. Dr. Hesser wanted to provide a multidisciplinary approach to managing patient’s chronic pain and other chronic health conditions without the use of dangerous drugs and to help patient avoid risky surgical procedures.

Dr. Brian Hesser was raised in Farmington, New Mexico. He joined the United States Marine Corp in 1987. Attended New Mexico state University where he graduated with honors in 1993 with his Bachelor of science degree in biology. He then attended Parker College chiropractic and graduated with honors in April 1998 with his doctor degree. Dr. Hesser continued his education and became a certified family nurse practitioner and 2011 which will allow him to light physical practice and provide additional treatment options to his patients to improve results and outcomes.

Dr. Hesser opened Millennium health and wellness in September 1998 and has continued his education throughout the years to continually improve provide the latest up-to-date treatment options patient’s by staying up with the current medical research treatment options for chiropractic care, primary care, alternative medicine and regenerative medicine. Dr. Hesser initially started with 3 employees including himself and currently has over 40 employees and continues to provide high-quality multidisciplinary care to the Las Cruces community and surrounding areas.

Dr. Hesser’s philosophy is “WE CHANGE LIVES!” By utilizing a multidisciplinary approach to managing healthcare and optimizing patient’s physically and physiologically patient’s received significantly better outcomes and Dr. Hesser and the Millennium health and wellness staff have helped thousand’s of patients avoid unnecessary surgical procedures and dangerous drugs and significantly improve their quality of life by eliminating or significantly reducing pain and optimizing the patient’s function and physiology with technology including nonsurgical spinal decompression, regenerative medicine and hormone optimization.

In continuing to expand his knowledge to serve his patients in a more comprehensive manner Dr. Hesser continued his education and has been certified in pain management, regenerative medicine, spinal decompression and continues to attend conferences on a regular basis as well as workshops to continually improve his education and skills to better serve his community with results driven practices.

Erika Poling

Erika Poling has been working with Millennium Health and Wellness since 2018, working alongside Dr. Hesser as a nurse practitioner. A native of Las Cruces, she is a graduate of Onate High School in 2005, and upon graduation transitioned to New Mexico State University. It was at NMSU that she focused on the sciences, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Biology as well as a minor in biochemistry.

Erika Poling has been working with Millennium Health and Wellness since 2018, working alongside Dr. Hesser as a nurse practitioner. A native of Las Cruces, she is a graduate of Onate High School in 2005, and upon graduation transitioned to New Mexico State University. It was at NMSU that she focused on the sciences, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Biology as well as a minor in biochemistry. In addition, she also received her a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Language with a focus in Spanish.

From a young age, Erika always had the urge to help those in need and ultimately decided to pursue a degree in nursing. As a graduate of the Roadrunner program, she received her Master of Science in nursing and began her nursing career at Memorial Medical Center and ultimately found a great need helping those with terminal illness. She began working for Mesilla Valley Hospice as an in-patient nurse, providing complex care for those with limited life expectancy.

It was during her time at Mesilla Valley Hospice that she decided to continue her education, enrolling in the Doctoral program at NMSU to become a family nurse practitioner. It was there that she gained the knowledge to treat those with chronic and acute illnesses to help patients live healthier lives. Once she obtained her degree as a Doctor of Nursing Practice, she found her home at Millennium Health and Wellness.

Erika specializes in hormone management as well as helping those achieve weight loss and wellness goals. In addition, Erika performs injections for pain as well as medication management for those that are needing pain management while they are receiving treatment for the orthopedic conditions.

In her down time, Erika enjoys spending time with her husband John and her son Eric. She has a passion for traveling, but you may find her at the local farmer’s market on Saturdays or other places in the community that she loves so much.

He furthered his education at Parker University in Dallas, Texas, completing his Doctorate in Chiropractic (2019). Drawing from his extensive experience working with high-level athletes and patients with complex neuropathies, Dr. Rogers returned with his wife and daughter to their hometown of Las Cruces with a wealth of expertise to benefit his community.

At Millennium Health and Wellness, Dr. Rogers collaborates closely with his patients, offering personalized care that addresses their unique needs and goals. He is deeply passionate about utilizing non-invasive and nonsurgical treatments, including Spinal Decompression therapy, which played a pivotal role in steering him away from spinal surgery in his youth and inspiring his career in chiropractic care.

Dr. Rogers is a licensed chiropractor in both New Mexico and Texas and maintains active memberships in professional organizations such as the American Chiropractic Association, Texas Chiropractic Association, and New Mexico Chiropractic Association. He remains connected to Parker University School of Chiropractic, fostering ongoing learning and innovation in his career.

Dr. Daniel Psaltis

Dr. Daniel Psaltis is a Doctor of Chiropractic from Rockford, IL with a passion for helping individuals function better and avoid drugs and surgery. Growing up in a natural-health-oriented family, Dr. Psaltis developed a passion for nutrition and fitness, and learned to let his body heal itself whenever possible. Inspired by his chiropractor father Nick Psaltis, Dr. Psaltis attended Palmer College of Chiropractic to earn his doctorate after studying Sports Medicine at Colorado State University.

Dr. Daniel Psaltis is a Doctor of Chiropractic from Rockford, IL with a passion for helping individuals function better and avoid drugs and surgery. Growing up in a natural-health-oriented family, Dr. Psaltis developed a passion for nutrition and fitness, and learned to let his body heal itself whenever possible. Inspired by his chiropractor father Nick Psaltis, Dr. Psaltis attended Palmer College of Chiropractic to earn his doctorate after studying Sports Medicine at Colorado State University. During his time at Palmer, he attended a clinic abroad internship in Fiji to help those in need through chiropractic and other conservative care options. After earning his doctorate in 2019, he started practicing with his father in Rockford, Illinois for 5 years, mastering chiropractic adjusting and exercise prescription therapy. During his time in Rockford, Dr. Psaltis met his wife, Jenni Psaltis, and they decided to move to New Mexico to get closer to the mountains and sunshine. Dr. Psaltis is now elated to be practicing at Millennium Spine and Joint in El Paso, TX, where he helps the people of West Texas work through disc herniations and joint maladies through therapies like non-surgical spinal decompression, and Softwave. He is excited about his future at Millennium, and looks forward to helping you meet your goals and improve your life.

Greg Noel

Greg Noel is an experienced Licensed Physical Therapist with a distinguished career spanning over four decades, in New Mexico. For the past 28 years, he has been an integral part of Millennium Health & Wellness, specializing in orthopedic and spinal rehabilitation.

Greg Noel is an experienced Licensed Physical Therapist with a distinguished career spanning over four decades, in New Mexico. For the past 28 years, he has been an integral part of Millennium Health & Wellness, specializing in orthopedic and spinal rehabilitation.

His journey in physical therapy began with earning his Physical Therapy Assistant degree from Mount Hood Community College in 1984, followed by his Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from University of New Mexico School of Medicine in 1992. Greg further advanced his expertise with an Advanced Master’s Degree in Orthopedic Physical Therapy from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions.

Greg is known for his commitment to continuing education, having completed rigorous manual therapy training programs at the University of St. Augustine completing the Philip E. Greenman Osteopathic Series in Manual Therapy, and the Maitlands Orthopedic Series in Manual Therapy. These credentials enable him to provide specialized and effective care to his patients, focusing on enhancing their quality of life.

Greg maintains strong ties to Las Cruces, NM, where he enjoys an active lifestyle that includes bike riding and various outdoor activities. His dedication to fitness and well-being is complemented by his love for spending quality time with his family, enriching both his personal and professional life.

Joseph E. Dizon

Joseph E. Dizon, PT, DPT, moved to Las Cruces, NM, in 2003 and has been working as a Physical Therapist with Millennium since 2009. He is originally from the Philippines, where he graduated in 1997 with a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Santo Tomas.

In 2000, he migrated to the US with a goal of advancing his career. After 5 years of working in various settings, he decided to try his mettle in the outpatient orthopedic setting. Realizing that he needed to expand his knowledge with musculoskeletal management, he started taking classes with a focus on manual therapy. In 2010, he got his Certificate in Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy from The Manual Therapy Institute. He became a Board Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopedics under the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties in 2011. He finished his Transitional Doctorate in Physical Therapy with Musculoskeletal Focus with the Evidence in Motion Institute of Health Professions in 2013.

Joseph has been married for twenty-five years to the love of his life, Rowena, who is also a Physical Therapist. They share a passion for travel, good food, and a love of home improvement projects.

Don is a seasoned Physical Therapist with a distinguished career spanning over four decades. His journey into healthcare began in 1973 after graduating from St. Ansgar High School in Iowa.

Following his passion for serving others, he enlisted in the United States Army from 1973 to 1976, where he served as a Combat Medic and Clinical Specialist, and later as a Flight Medic in the Santa Fe, National Guard from 1978 to 1980, gaining invaluable experience in the medical field.

During his military service, Don pursued higher education, attending New Mexico State University (NMSU) from 1976 to 1978. He continued his academic pursuits at the University of New Mexico, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy with Distinction in 1980.

Licensed in the state of New Mexico since 1980, Don has been an integral part of the healthcare community in Las Cruces, dedicating his career to improving the quality of life for his patients. He is recognized for his expertise in rehabilitation and has previously co-owned two private practices, contributing significantly to the advancement of physical therapy services in the region.

Don’s commitment to his profession is reflected in his ongoing professional development and dedication to patient care. At Millennium Health & Wellness, Don specializes in orthopedics and rehabilitation of joint replacements. He emphasizes evidence-based therapies tailored to meet individual patient needs, ensuring optimal recovery and functional outcomes.

Beyond his professional achievements, Don is an avid supporter and fan of NMSU Aggie athletics, actively engaging with the community and celebrating the team’s successes. His dedication to both his profession and personal interests reflects his holistic approach to life and commitment to excellence.

Vanessa Olivares

Vanessa Olivares is a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) and proud Las Cruces native, serving her community with passion and expertise for the past eight years at Millennium Health & Wellness. Her journey began at New Mexico State University (NMSU), where she earned an Associate in General Studies and first discovered her interest in physical therapy while working at a local clinic.

Vanessa Olivares is a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) and proud Las Cruces native, serving her community with passion and expertise for the past eight years at Millennium Health & Wellness. Her journey began at New Mexico State University (NMSU), where she earned an Associate in General Studies and first discovered her interest in physical therapy while working at a local clinic. Vanessa’s passion for helping others extends beyond her professional career. A proud mother of two boys, Anthony and Oliver, she finds joy in balancing her roles as a caregiver and a loving parent. Together with her supportive partner, Anthony, who shares her enthusiasm for physical therapy. Together, they embrace an active lifestyle centered around family and friends. As a family, they cherish outdoor activities such as hikes and traveling, which allow them to explore new places and create lasting memories.

Vanessa remains deeply connected to her alma mater, NMSU, actively supporting the Aggie community. Recently, Vanessa took on an additional role as a youth soccer coach for her son’s team, demonstrating her dedication to both her family and the local community. She believes in nurturing young talent and instilling values of teamwork and sportsmanship through coaching.

Vanessa embodies a holistic approach to life, seamlessly integrating her professional expertise with personal passions to make a positive impact within her community and beyond.
